Please note that my availability can change throughout the year,Ā and it is your responsibility to check availability before booking. In general, my availability is during regular business hours for the US Eastern time zone.
This will be aĀ video call (I will provide a Zoom link so you can join, you can test a Zoom connection here), and for best results you should be available at a laptop or desktop computer with a microphone. The call will be recorded, and you will be provided a private link to the recording upon request.
Additional Terms
While I will look at your site to become familiar with it before our call, I will not do any pre-research or auditing, as these calls are meant to be live coaching sessions. I will follow up with the recording, and you can email me for clarification on any items we covered during the call, but do not expect extended ongoing support via email/DM after your consulting call (you can book additional calls for this).
Rescheduling & Refunds
Your 60 minutes starts at your scheduled time. If you are late, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to extend the call.
You may reschedule your call as needed, as long as it is done at least 24 hours in advance. Just use the link in the email you receive after booking. Calls rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled time or no-shows (missing your call without notice) may be forfeited without refund at my discretion.
